Team & MissionAzhar Donenbayeva - psychologist, independent researcher, and co-author of the Theory of Time and Consciousness (TTC).
Works at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, and cognitive science. Her main interests include body-oriented practices, stress regulation, trauma work, temporal organisation of perception, and decision-making processes.
Previously held senior positions in business and legal structures. This managerial and legal experience now enriches her psychological practice and enables her to develop practical, evidence-based protocols for individuals, teams, and executives.
Her current focus is the integration of TTC principles into clinical and coaching work: conscious work with “inner time” and attention, embodied awareness, resilience building, and improvement of overall quality of life.
She offers:
- Individual therapy (online and in-person)
- Supervision
- Group intensives and workshops
- Educational programmes
- Lectures and corporate trainings
Assan DossayevCo-author of the Theory of Time and Consciousness (TTC); physicist and engineer by training.
Independent researcher developing the interdisciplinary Theory of Time and Consciousness, which integrates psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, and cognitive science. Main focus: mechanisms of subjective time formation, boundaries of the self and embodiment, and measurable correlates of mental processes.
Education Moscow Power Engineering Institute (MPEI) Specialisation: Nuclear Physics
Research and professional interests- Nature and metrics of subjective time
- Architecture of consciousness and levels of self-awareness
- Correlations between mental states and neural, hormonal, and electrical activity
- Applied models for psychotherapy and decision-making improvement
- Artificial intelligence: formalisation of attention and perception in the temporal domain, cognitive architectures, interpretability, and integration of psychological markers into AI systems
AI connection TTC actively uses tools and concepts from AI (machine learning, probabilistic models, neural-network representations) to describe the temporal structure of consciousness and to predict mental states. In the opposite direction, TTC principles are applied to the design and evaluation of AI systems: modelling “inner time” of algorithms, improving attention and decision-making mechanisms, and developing metrics for meaningfulness and behavioural stability of models.
